What are the daily maintenance requirements for computerized quilting machines? During peak production season, home textile manufacturers use computerized quilting machines at full speed, increasing the production load. Therefore, daily maintenance of these machines is essential. How should they be maintained? Daily maintenance of computerized quilting machines is relatively simple; just pay attention to the following:

1. The power grounding wire of the computerized quilting machine must be independently grounded and must not be connected to the neutral wire in the power supply. Ensure stable input voltage; if necessary, a voltage regulator can be configured to ensure the normal operation of the machine's electrical components.

2. Do not open the computer components or frequency converter arbitrarily. If there is any malfunction in these areas, please contact the manufacturer immediately for repair by the manufacturer or their agent.

3. When removing or inserting the fabric clamping frame, check that the needle is in a relatively high position to avoid fraying the fabric. All belts on the machine must not come into contact with oil; if oil is found on the belt surface, wipe it clean immediately.

4. During machine operation, frequently check for any abnormal sounds. If any abnormal sound is detected, stop the machine immediately and only resume operation after identifying and eliminating the cause.

5. In the event of a temporary power outage during normal quilting, immediately turn off the power switches of the computer and electrical box. After power is restored, reconfirm the settings and return the machine head and frame to their starting positions before restarting the machine.

6. If the working environment of the computerized quilting machine exceeds the specified requirements, the tension of the timing belt will change significantly, and the electrical components will become unstable. In this case, the machine may exhibit abnormal phenomena. Please strictly monitor changes in the working environment.
