3. In the system control software, considering the inherent nature of software defects and the complexity of error environments, a series of preventative measures were implemented in the software design. During the quilting process, various actuators are monitored to eliminate malfunctions caused by interference and other factors, thereby improving system reliability.

 

4. In the control technology of the saddle roller system, based on the actual load of the saddle roller, the principle of ball screw and belt drive, the speed and stitch of the quilting needle, and the phase of the quilting needle and the pressure plate, the saddle roller drive motor is reasonably selected, the acceleration of the saddle or roller and the material transfer time are accurately calculated, the design of the saddle or roller drive command control curve is optimized, the quilting quality and quilting output are guaranteed, the overall design level of the saddle or roller system control technology is improved, and the AC servo motor is replaced by a stepper motor to drive the saddle, thereby improving the overall performance index of the saddle and roller system.
